The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to various activities and attractions. The car park was spacious and convenient. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.

The location provided fine views of the city skyline and the Braid Burn Valley park. The room was spacious, with a super kingsized bed and soft towels. The staff, although overworked, were polite and helpful in ordering taxis and suggesting sights to visit. Despite some shabby decor, the room and ensuite were clean. The hotel's restaurant served a good breakfast, although the selection could be improved.

The noise level was unbearable due to the function room below our room. We had to move to a different room twice , which was inconvenient and disrupted our trip.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the upmarket area of Morningside and I must say, the location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, making it a nice peaceful retreat. Despite being a bit outside the main areas, it had excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were really friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and the room itself was spacious with a great bathroom. What stood out to me the most was the pleasant view I had from my room towards the Pentland Hills. It was truly mesmerizing and added to the overall experience of my stay. Additionally, although breakfast was not included, I enjoyed the made-to-order options available at a reasonable price of £14.

This hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with a beautiful park nearby, perfect for leisurely walks. It is also very convenient to catch a bus into the city center, which can be difficult to navigate by car. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and heavy curtains that aid in a good night's sleep. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, and the complimentary treats in the room are a nice touch. The hotel also offers function rooms for special events and the food served there is excellent.

The wifi connection can be slow at times.
